This tutorial show you how to add, edit, and organize your fashion products (e.g., clothing, shoes and accessories) to your online store.

Adding a Variable Product

To set up a fashion product in WooCommerce, follow these steps:

1. Go to WooCommerce > Products.

2. Select the Add Product button or Edit an existing product.

3. Enter a product Title, Description and Product image and Product gallery (optional)

4. In the Product Data dropdown, select Variable product.

5. Then, define variations of a single product where each variation may have a different SKU, price or stock level.

Create Attributes

1. Select Custom product attribute and click Add.

2. Name the attribute (e.g., Size).

3. Set values saperated by a vertical pipe | (e.g., S | M | L | XL or 36 | 37 | 38 | 39 | 40).

4. Make sure that the Used for variations is checked ✅.

5. Save the attributes, click Save attributes.

Create Variations

Select Create variations from all attributes to have WooCommerce create every possible combination of variations from your attributes and their values and select Go.

Optionally, set defaults for variations and manage stock at the variation level in the Inventory tab.

Adding Variation Data

Each variation can have the following properties. Enter the product data into the fields.

• Add variation image (recommended) and image gallery (optional). Variation image makes it easier for customers to identify the product they have selected.

• Check/tick Enabled to enable this variation to show in your e-commerce store.

• Enter product regular price (required) and sale price (optional). You can schedule sale for certain duration according to your needs.

• Save the changes.
