Managing Shipments

Basically, you can process your shipments when you receive customer' orders from your Woocommerce website through:

EasyParcel Fulfillment in Woocommerce (New)

You can fulfil orders and generate air waybill directly inside WooCommerce, get tracking number updated automatically and customise shipping rate shown on buyers checkout page.

  1. Click on order details.

  1. Choose your preferred courier services, drop-off/pick up and date to ship, then click on ” Fulfill Order”.

  1. After Fulfillment, you’re able to download AWB directly and the tracking page.

  1. Order status auto change to “completed” status.

Imported Orders using Integration Platform

  1. Click “Your Stores” and make sure your WooCommerce is “Activated”.

  1. Click “Action” > “Import” to import your orders. Your WooCommerce order must be in “Processing” status in your store for the “Import Item(s)” function to work.

Alternatively, you can go to "Orders Imported" under "Integrations" to check the auto-sync orders that have been imported to your account.

Orders under processing status will be imported to your EasyParcel account automatically every 4 hours.

  1. To forward your order to payment, select your desired order or all order using the check box given.”Do key in your “collection date” and you may choose to “drop off your parcel at Pgeon point instead of to be picked up by the courier”.

Click “Merge Orders” to merge your order if the orders have the same address and you will be directed to payment process.

OR

  1. Click “Add to Cart” and you will be directed to payment process.

Shipments Cancellation

You are able to cancel your shipment on the website as long as it's yet to be collected by courier riders/dropped off to the pgeon point or courier branch except:

  • Parcel status which is NOT under "schedule in arrangement" or "pending for collection"

  • Domestic/international services with minimum parcel requirement. For eg: Skynet, ABX Express

  • Aramex

  1. Go to "All Parcels" > "Parcel Status".

  1. Look for your orders that you want to cancel.

  1. Click the 3 line menu icon > "Cancel Parcel".

  1. Select reason for cancellation and click "OK".

  1. You're done! The amount will be refunded to your account.

For orders paid via credit, the credit will be refunded to your account instantly. For orders paid via instant pay, you will be given an option to choose whether to refund in EasyParcel credit or via bank transfer.

Shipments Payment

You can make payment to your shipment order via:

EasyParcel Credit

Make sure you have sufficient credits in the balance before checkout your shipment order.

  1. In your cart, simply tick on the orders and then proceed with a click on "Check Out".

  1. Proceed to "Pay with credits" when checkout your shipment order.

Instant Pay

You can also check out your shipments via instant pay though we recommend the top up credit options above for you to enjoy a discounted shipping rate within the promo duration of your selected top up package.

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Online Banking

  • E-wallet

  1. In your cart, simply tick on the orders and then proceed with a click on "Instant Pay".

  1. Click on the "Proceed with instant pay at RMxx" and your shipments are ready to roll.

AWB Download and Print from EasyParcel

Single AWB

  1. Go to "All Parcels" on the sidebar and then click on "Parcel Status".

  1. Click on the printer icon to download AWB for the order.

  1. Now, it's ready to print and attach to your parcel.

Take note: attach commercial invoice along with your AWB is a must if you're delivering from/to Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan, Pulau Langkawi, or other countries.

Your commercial invoice should contain:

  1. Full details of the sender and the receiver

  2. A detailed description of the goods, quantity and their values

Bulk AWB

  1. Go to "All Parcels" on the sidebar and then click on "Parcel Status".

  1. Select multiples orders in the parcel list.

  1. Click on the "Download" button on the top left and proceed with a click on "Download AWB".

  1. Open the downloaded file, and now you can choose to print all AWB in a merged file or one-by-one in the separated file.

Courier Arrangement

Remind courier for collection

There are usually only a few reasons why a courier is not present for a scheduled pick up:

  • Rider's Schedule - the rider has reached the end of their working hours before they have reached your specified collection point. This can be caused by traffic delays.

  • Force Major - this is a failure scan indicating that an authority has prevented the rider from completing the route to your selected pick up point. This could be a police diversion or a road event, such as a marathon.

  • Booking Error - the rider doesn’t have your collection scheduled in their system from courier HQ.

To remind courier for collection:

  1. Go to “Support” on your dashboard and click “Customer Support”, then select "Self Service Centre".

  2. Cursor on "Select your issue here", and select "Parcel not collected". Alternatively, you may consider switch your shipment to "Change to drop-off" to accelerate the shipping process.

  1. From the tabs below, you may opt for the following options:

  • Drop off - Drop-off your parcels to a nearby courier branch or Pgeon point.

  • Remind - Remind courier to pick up as soonest possible.

  • Rebook - Rebook for a new courier. Rebook option will be available upon second missed pick up of a parcel.

  • Cancel - Cancel shipment and shipping fee will be refunded.

  1. Under the tab of “Remind/Drop-off”, select the available parcel that you want to proceed.

  2. You can now click “I’ll wait for courier collection” to proceed the reminder or choose to drop off at your preferred point.

  3. You’re done, just wait for the pick up at your doorstep!

Rebook ​for a new courier

  1. Similar to remind courier for collection, look for the tab of “Rebook”, select the parcel and click on “Rebook Courier”.

  1. Under the tab of “Rebook”, select the parcel and click on “Rebook Courier”.

  1. Select any of the couriers that available for you.

  1. Click “Okay” to proceed with the change.

  1. The new air waybill (AWB) is up for you to print and attach on the parcel.

Change shipment to drop-off

If you would like to switch your courier to Drop-off service, select option "Change to drop-off" from "Self Service Center" and proceed to drop off your parcel at the nearby drop-off point from the list.

  1. Select "Change to drop-off" from the dropdown list.

  1. Click on the "Drop-Off" tab.

  1. Select whichever order that you'd like to change with a click on "Drop-Off Now".

  1. Select the drop-off point available to you and click on "Submit".
